For us like many, COVID-19 safety measures have become ingrained in everything we do as we continue to adapt to ‘the new normal’. From maintaining social distance, mask wearing to increased use of hand sanitizers; we now have adopted these best practices and precautions to keep ourselves safe.
How have we adapted as a business?
We really are going the extra mile to make sure both our crew and clients’ safety is at the top of our list when it comes to delivering exceptional moving and relocation services.
On a monthly basis we have both our office, and all of our vehicles, treated with Virol Oxy® disinfectant. This is a highly effective anti-bacterial treatment which offers a minimum 30-day protection against viruses, spores, and fungi.
Our surveyors and sales teams have adopted alternative best practices when it comes to meeting clients. Virtual surveys and meetings have become the default approach (where possible) to gather information needed to provide quotations and proposals.
In line with Government guidelines all of our staff are required to undergo routine temperature checks throughout the working day.
We have introduced the role of the ‘Onsite Manager’ which allows our management team to oversee the packing process on behalf of our customers while permitting our full team of packers to carry out their role as usual. This concept has allowed us to complete moves at a usual rate while remaining compliant with current restrictions.
