We take great pride in having our own state-of-the-art workshop facility, where we custom-build crates to ensure the safe transportation of fragile goods from one location to another. This in-house capability allows us to operate with agility while maintaining ‘best-in-class’s quality in our packaging solutions.
The need for custom-built crates is typically identified during the pre-move survey. These crates offer enhanced protection for delicate and high-value items such as artwork (both oil on canvas and framed glass), statues, expensive ornaments, and home technology.
During peak season, our workshop produces approximately 60 crates per day, with an average of 10 crates required per move.

Some of the most unique household items we’ve crafted crates for include a large, highly valuable harp belonging to a concert musician. We’ve also designed custom crates for delicate chandeliers, ensuring they are suspended within the crate to protect their intricate decorative features during transit.
Beyond household items, one of our most remarkable recent projects involved creating crates for industrial robots used in assembly lines. Prior to the COVID-19 travel restrictions, the robotics company shipped their robots in parts, with engineers assembling and testing them on-site. However, with the restrictions in place, they shifted to shipping fully assembled, ready-to-operate robots.
We’re proud to say that each robot arrived at its destination safely and fully functional.
